Request for Proposals for CAMHS Community Based Services

Lakes District Health Board is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Providers of child, adolescent and youth mental health and addiction services to establish a range of community based mental health and addiction support services for the region.

The required services will include:
- Respite (planned and crisis)
- Home based support
- Addictions day activity program for youth
- Alcohol and other drugs pre and post treatment for youth
Lakes DHB is seeking proposals that may include all services or components of the above.
