Opportunity for Young People to Comment on Road Safety Education

The Ministry of Transport is reviewing the effectiveness of road safety education for young people. This is one of the initiatives in the government's new road safety strategy - Safer Journeys

An online survey has been set up to give young people an opportunity to have their say.

The survey will collect information about
* Student awareness of road safety education products and services delivered in schools and by driving instructors
* Participation in road safety education / driving instruction
* The impact of these different initiatives - how effective are they, how are they being delivered, are the intended messages getting through.
