Youth Work Workforce Survey

The Central North Island Team for the Ministry of Youth Development is working with other youth organisations to identify if there is any gap in recruiting skilled and qualified youth workers.

We have developed a quick survey for organisations that work with young people. The questions in this survey focus on the number of youth work vacancies in your organisation and the quality of applications received for your vacancies.

This survey is for managers or supervisors of youth workers. You can complete it by going to:
