Rotorua District Council is looking to give someone a fantastic opportunity to kick-start their career in civil engineering.

The Cadet will receive practical work training whilst undertaking part-time studies toward a National Diploma in Civil Engineering.

The Cadetship is for a maximum of four years and applicants should have a minimum of NCEA Level 2 in the areas of maths, physics and an aptitude for chemistry.

Applicants must be self motivated towards both work and study, come with an inquiring mind, a willingness to learn and a commitment towards a Civil Engineering career.
