Health Check - Survey for Young People living in Rotorua and Taupo

Lakes District Health Board want to make sure health services are relevant to young people's needs and are keen to let the youth have their say. To make sure young people have their say Lakes DHB and the Ministry of Youth Development have developed a survey for young people.

This is an opportunity for young people aged 12 - 18 years who live in Rotorua or Taupo district.

The Ministry of Youth Development will be collecting surveys and write up young peopleâ??s views in a report. The report will be sent to Lakes District Health Board so they can improve their health services to young people. Information will remain anonymous.
