Family Collectives - Thinking, Planning and Taking Action
'My own life, my own home, in communities where we all belong'
Wednesday 5 October
7.00-9.30pm
At St Chads, 2 Devon St, Rotorua (corner of Devon and Fenton Streets)
No cost, although a small koha for supper would support the group
All parents want their sons or daughters to have interesting, contributing and meaningful lives. For families who have a disabled son or daughter, one of the many lifestyle options is for the person to live in a home of their own and to be a contributing and valued member in their community. To support these outcomes, how might families work together?
Imagine Better have been invited to talk about the history, thinking and planning involved in creating a Family Collective.
A flyer is attached.
Please express your interest in attending by providing your name and contact details to: Mary Barnett 07 3498566 or mary@imaginebetter.co.nz
