This training session will improve your ability to build significant mentoring relationships and increase your confidence and competence in the role.

? Begin the relationship in a way that will result in good mentoring
? Avoid the 8 most common pitfalls in mentoring
? Run a powerful mentoring session
? Use the Mentor?s Toolbox ? tools for navigating the learning journey
? Keep things on track and focused on the mentee?s goals
Mentee Training - Making the Most of Mentoring
This training session will help you to identify what you want from your mentoring sessions and assist you to make the most of this opportunity

? Participate effectively in one to one mentoring sessions
? State clearly your desired outcomes from the mentoring process
? Get the best out of your mentor
? Avoid the common pitfalls in mentoring relationships
