1. ART CONTEST: Global Monitoring Report
The Global Monitoring Report team is organising an art contest for young people on the theme of youth, skills and work. The winner's work will be used in the 2012 Education for All Global Monitoring Report. The contest is open to those aged 18 to 24, the deadline for applications is 1 April. 2. VOLUNTEERING OVERSEAS: Lattitude NZ Scholarships for young people to volunteer overseas
Lattitude Global Volunteering supports young people to make a positive difference to the lives of others through volunteering. Lattitude NZ is offering two scholarships for young New Zealanders aged between 17 and 25 who would make great volunteers and need financial support to volunteer overseas. Applications close on Monday 2 April.

3. YOUTH DECLARATION 2012: Opportunity for Secondary School Students
UN Youth NZ and the Youth Declaration 2012 Committee are looking for secondary school students to attend Youth Declaration, a four-day national conference for secondary school students. It will be held 13-16 April in Auckland. It gives young leaders the opportunity to voice their opinions and contribute to public policy making in New Zealand.
